Warranty and Returns

To Obtain Warranty Service

  1. First, please review the above support procedures.      
        
  2. After determining there has been a manufacturer defect with the unit, we will send you instructions on returning the part for a repair or replacement.  Typically the owner is responsible for return shipping costs.  You will be mailing your unit to:
